If the itching is more at night (around 9pm it starts) when should i take allegra 120 ? After lunch ? or After dinner ?

Itching is a symptom. You might be having some pathology which manifests as itching. Better to consult a dermatologist and find the cause. Taking Allegra will help you calm down for a while but the symptoms repeat as long as the cause is not treated
