Itching sensation in Viginal area

It's been last three days i am having the itching sensation at the Viginal area and if i start itching it once it just don't go away, I've scratched up my self all over, at the moment I am not using anything except v wash from last 2 days for the cleaning, please suggest if any thing is recommended to get this sorted as i am shy to go to any gynaecologist in person.

You may try by stopping use of V Wash. Clean the area with warm water, dry it and apply Candid B gel. Tab Cetrizine , one at night. If it doesn't go, consult me on Practo.
