I am having persistent itching inside my nose. I tried Levocetirizine and Cetirizine but didn’t get relief. Some runny nose too.

Sir what is the duration? Since how long have you been experiencing it? If there is crusting also, just don't manipulate it. It could be just local mucosal changes due to change of weather.
