I am having persistent itching inside my nose. I tried Levocetirizine and Cetirizine but didn’t get relief. Some runny nose too.

Sir what is the duration? Since how long have you been experiencing it? If there is crusting also, just don't manipulate it. It could be just local mucosal changes due to change of weather.

Check serum IgE , AEC or if allergic to something like dust , pollen , then please do Skin prick test for common allergen panel. Consult nearby ENT surgeon so thoroughly examination will be done.

It could be because of allergy You can use xylometazoline nasal drops 2drops three times for 3days and then stop
