There's itching in vegina from two days and also I didn't get periods  for two months then I took meprate 10 mg tablet last month so I got periods on 11th August but now again there's no period. Should I take meprate again?

You are 49 years old, in a perimenopausal state.  You should not take hormones without consulting a Gynaecologist. Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area or on Practo . All your problems seem to be related to menopause.
