Itching in underarms

I have a severe itching in underarms. There are are no rashes and nothing like ringworm only my skin has become darker. I have used medicines ketoconazole cream and lotion and oral medicines itraconzale by consulting a  doctor. But still the condition is same and the itching is increasing day by day. Please suggest me what should I do.

Avoid sweating and get your koh mount test and let done. Blackening could be due to excessive scratching of skin. Consult me on practo.

For that u had to share the picture of ur underarms. Yes ketoconazole cream can help u but if u r not having any relief even after that a next review should be done to know exact cause.
