Itching in the anus

Since a month I have a erge of itching near the anus area. Which is sometimes also because of itching it has little cuts n burning sensation happens. Could you please help. Apart from that there is no bleeding or any discharge, pain, change in stool etc. just slightly itchy at night specific. Have tired the powder, oil etc. any medication.p
