I am a 24 years old woman.I have this problem which started a month and half ago of itchiness around my vagina but now for around 2 to 3 days I noticed some redness and white spots  around my genital and the itchiness has increased a lot more than before. I usually keep my private part hygienic and never had the problem of itchiness before. My vulva somewhat feels dry now. My vaginal discharge is normal like before. I tried keeping my genital clean and open but nothing is working. What can be the problem. ?
