Hello please help. I'm having small red dots on my thigh , underarms , on my palm and on chest which itches like hell.. It is coming back again and again after sometime. please check the pictures. Any kind hearted doctor please help me to get rid of this... Please advise medicine and  give prescription please ...help ..
