Itching and irritation in Anus area

Hello sir I am 24 year's old,I am suffering from anus itching and irritation from last 8 months.8 months back at night suddenly itching started in my anus area,in few days itchiness increased,so I kept itching that area then lot of irritation also started.after that I noticed it was worms  by clicking picture on that area.After taking medicines,I got some relief. Nowadays itchiness is  less but lot of irritation is still there and I also feel ticklishness in toilet time.Irritation also increases before toile time. Whenever irritation started I use 'MOMETASONE CREAM' and getting lot of relief for 2 days.After 2 days same thing started again and again.In 8 months I have seen lot of allopathic and homeopathic doctors.But problem is still there.I have already taken medicines like -1. Pyrantel Pamoate(4 weeks),2.Ebast20(10 days,also taken lot of these types of medicines during 8 months),3.Lactulose10 gm.4. MOMETASONE Cream .(After taking these medicines got some relief but still not cured.)

In Ayurveda there is Krimi chikitsa where there are three ways of treatment, 1.Apakarshana – removal of krimi. 2.Prakruti Vighanta – finding the root cause for growth and their removal from their " House " 3.Nidana parivarjan – avoiding causes/ stopping the repeated growth. .. Please take deworming again And also check if there is any dryness and apply gingelly oil to that area..
