Itching , allergy

I am facing this condition from from last 4 years and specifically in winters when I go to school ( by cycling) after cycling for few minutes I face agressive itching on my whole body and head ! From waist to head I face this problem ! And  this itching problem feels like splinters on my body ! This problem also happens when I get exited or do exercise for few minutes and when my body temperature rises or when I get exposed to sunlight (*THIS PROBLEM ONLY HAPPENS IN WINTERS*)
