It may be due to infection or Kidney stones.. Do you have any history of Stones..?? History of smoking or Alcohol use..?? Lifestyle ?? Work ?? For time being get an Urine Routine & Microscopy done Xray KUB For pain you I will advise you take Tab. Drotin A 1-0-1 Plenty of Oral Fluids.
