Issue with body image

I am so insecure with my body. I can’t think about anything except my body fat. My boyfriend noticed that I was always staring at nowhere, it happened when people started to call me fat. Honestly, latter 2017 and early 2018 was blurry to me (except my birthday) because, I think, I was too preoccupied with my insecurity. I only ate 800 to 300 calories a day and if I think I ate too much I would be devastated. I lost 10kg in a month and I am having trouble with breathing. I am ‘internally’ shaking, like I feel so weak. I am always sick. I am too jumpy and I'm scared of everything (which is weird because I rarely get scared). I am also emotional, I am always crying. What should I do?

Hi, it must be difficult to deal with all of this. Uncle leading thoughts and feelings do bother a lot. Whatever you’re going through is taking a toll on you and you’re getting affected at multiple levels. This shows signs of eating disorder. All of this is interlinked, you function in a particular way (not eating well) due to unexplained yet unhealthy beliefs, thoughts and feelings. The body in turn gets affected and adds fuel to your inner well being. You may also have nutrition deficiency due to unhealthy patterns.
