  4. Issue in periods. Please suggest!

Periods cycle is of 26-28 .But in month of June periods started on 10 th of june with hardly 5 percent flow and full body cramp and then stop after 2 days and flow was negligible. again flow started on 22nd june and flow is very little say 10 percent . Please suggest
