These symptoms occur when it's been 2-3 hours since I've had a proper meal: *irritability *shakiness mainly hands *confusion (a lot) *low comprehension to other people's speeches or surroundings (bothering me the most) *shortness of breath *sometimes feel like barely clinging to consciousness *sweating

You might be experiencing postprandial syndrome, also known as reactive hypoglycemia, which occurs in people who are overweight or have insulin resistance. This condition causes low blood sugar 2-3 hours after a meal, often triggered by high-carb foods. To manage this, aim to lose weight if necessary, engage in 30 minutes of physical activity daily, and avoid high-carb meals. Instead, opt for complex carbohydrates. Avoid sugary foods to correct low blood sugar, as they can worsen symptoms. If these changes don't help, further evaluation might be needed. Providing your weight, family history of diabetes, and activity level would also be helpful.

Are you diabetic. If yes then it can be symptoms of hypoglycaemia but if you are not then no, secondly these symptoms do not happen if you had proper meal. So need to be further investigated
