Is this eczema or fungal acne

My daughter 7 years has this problem for about 3 years it size increases, very itchy sometimes paining some doctors are telling this as eczema and some doctor telling this is fungal acne ,please help ..Thanking you ,attaching the pics with this

Looks more like tinea but a definite diagnosis can only be made with proper history and examination of adjoining areas. Consult a dermatologist to manage better
