Recurrence rate is high in OKC. Do visit a local oral and Maxillofacial surgeon for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).

Don't worry about it. Its an agressive cyst and keeps recurring due to its thin fragile lining. You please maintain your regular follow ups and follow your surgeon. You can get in touch with a good govt. institute of repute.

Treatment of odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) is one of the highly controversial protocols among oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Treatment modalities range from simple surgical removal of the cyst in the case of lesions that are less than 1cm to complete removal of the jaw in the cases of cysts that extend to the base of the jaw bone.
Next Steps
Seek your doctor's guidance and investigations immediately.
