Is there a best sleeping position for lower back pain

I am 54 years old and I am a man. I have been experiencing lower back pain for the past 4 days. I know it is not very serious, but I am not able to bend or lay flat on my back. It hurts a lot. Is there a best sleeping position for lower back pain? It has been days since I had a good night’s sleep. Can somebody help me?
