My cousin is 21 yrs old and suffering from joints pain from past 1.5 years. As of now, she can barely move her both legs and left hand. It seems to be expanding. Initially doctor treated her as a case of Rheumatoid Arthritis, but now doubting of Spondylitis Arthritis. Please advise if this could a case of Spondylitis Arthritis. Also, if so, is it curable?

Get your HLAB27 levels done to rule out ankylosing spondylitis RA factor and anticcp levels to rule out rheumatoid arthritis Both are separate entities Ankylosing spondylitis involves the center of body like spine and hips Rheumatoid involves small joints and knee more commonly
