Hello sir/maam I just want to know that is consuming shilajit and ashwagandha good for a guy at the age of 26 I have hypothyroidism and my gym trainer told me not to use it as it will cause problems in future that my testosterone level will get low in future if i use it at this age I need some right advice please guide me
