I have been feeling fatigue for a while, can you tell which Vitamins are low here? Is my vitamin low in this report or this fatigue is from something else,

All vitamins are Within normal range.. vitamin B12 Is normal towards lower range ..if u r a vegetarian by diet ,u can think of taking b12 supplement for 1 month

Your Vitamin B12 levels are normal, which is good. However, fatigue can also come from other sources. Have you checked your Vitamin D or iron levels? Low levels of either can cause tiredness. It could also be related to your thyroid function—hypothyroidism is a common cause of fatigue. Finally, we could check your magnesium and folate levels. If everything else is normal, lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, or hydration might be the cause
