Is my thyroid status normal

My current TSH is 2.46. Anti TPO antibodies is 58 and Prolactin is 0.50 will i be able to conceive? Do i have autoimmune disease

You current TSH and prolactin is within normal limits. TPO antibodies are elevated, which means you have autoimmune thyroid disease. This condition can increase risk of hypothyroidism , therefore you need thyroid tests monitored every 4 -6 months. If your planning family or pregnancy, then thyroid medication can be required to keep TSH at goal. TPO antibodies don’t affect your chances of conceiving so long as your TSH remains less than 2.5.

Yes you seem to have autoimmune disease .But that doesn't cause much of a problem ..as your thyroid is within normal limits.You can conceive normally , provided that you are having your periods regularly
