Is my results of Cholesterol level Total Cholesterol:- 194 HDL Cholesterol:- 41 LDL Cholesterol:- 128 Are these worried results shall I have to start from nowband change.  my eating and daily routine habits. Although my age is very less. What to eat and do further to improve the results. I am in tension right now . Please give the best suggestion and results.
