My first date of last period was 12 may, 2023 and i did three beta hcg tests which had 1.80, 1. 20, 3.80 Results respectively, am i not pregnent?

On the first reading it gives the impression as if the level is 1.80, 1.20 and 3.80.  You didn't mention the gap between three readings. But all the three are negative for pregnancy.

U hvnt mentioned the dates of bhcg There seems to be an error 80 is positive for pregnancy
