Hello dr. Wanted to know how is melanin cream? Is it safe & good to use over face on regular daily basis? I'm a college student age 20. Will it give some glow to the skin tone as it states? Please advice. If there's other good option available other than this please do let me know. Thanks!

You should not use any such fairness creams becuase if it contains steroid, it will cause many serious side effects. If there is pigmentation on the face, it can be treated.
