*Avoid wide opening of mouth. *Using spoon while having food instead of hand. *use  cold or warm sponging externally near TMJ joint. *Avoid over use of jaw muscles. *Practice muscle exercises. *when u yawn support ur jaw with ur hand *If u have any habit of grinding or clenching plz do avoid it. *Avoid sleeping on the side which is affected.
