Is it typhoid or dengue ?

My friend was ill with high fever so he visited a doc who recommended some blood test. Two diff doctors said two diff things... one said its typhoid and other said it's dengue. I have attached the reports of my friend. Please confirm if it's typhoid or dengue..!
