Is it safe to give xyzal m for 6 months

My 3 year old son is allergic. He caught cough and cold very soon in spite of keeping all precautions. I feel very helpless to see his situation. Please provide suggestions.

U haven't mentioned what your son is allergic to. Anyway u can give him symptomatic treatment for now. In the meanwhile, consult your pediatrician on how to alleviate his allergies
