Hi, I have pcod and trying to conceive from past 2years Is COQ10 safe to take while trying to conceive and I am taking ovulation induction medication with medicine and injections as well . my doctor didn't told anything but I heard it is one of the best supplement when trying to conceive if yes means how much dosage can I take please let me know. Thanks
