I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis a month. Doctor suggested me Physiotherapy (IFT,cupping) and stretching exercises. Have been doing this every day but the pain around C5,C6,C7, shoulder blades and lower back has still not gone. Is cervical spondylosis curable? If yes then what more should I do you get rid of this pain.

Yes cervical spondylosis is curable. Continue your physiotherapy and exercises with analgesics. If pain doesn't decrease get an MRI. Consult online if any doubts

Cervical spondylosis is age related degeneration which is common in 50-60 years old individuals. Since you are 37 years old it is unlikely. And since it is a degenerative process we can't revert it back but we can definitely provide long term pain relief and improve the quality of life by analgesics and physiotherapy.
Next Steps
if acute pain occurs - apply soft collar and take analgesics and some stretching exercises. once pain subsides start physiotherapy like neck muscles strengthening exercises, upper back muscle strengthening exercises and lower back muscles strengthening exercises.
Health Tips
1. avoid bending forward 2. avoid lifting heavy weight 3. avoid sitting in front of the laptop for a long time / using mobile phone continuously.
