AFI = 8.8 normal in 29 weeks, I have grade 4 placenta previa...Is there any chance if placenta Accreta...plz explain the risk

Grade 4 placenta previa means it's a central placenta previa. You need to get MRI done to diagnose whether it's accreta or not. There are chances it can be accreta, especially if youve had a previous c section/ DE/ any uterine surgery/ previous placenta previa.
