Is belly bind (belt) must post delivery

Is belly bind must to have a flat tummy after delivery via c section I had c section delivery 7 weeks ago, my belly have grown a bit from the last few weeks and its very soft and jiggly, is this because I didn't wore any belt or is this normal And can i start wearing belt from now, will it be helpful

You should wear the belt only for about 2 weeks. The longer you wear the belt the more your muscles become weak because they are not put to strain. You should consult your Gynaecologist and start some mild abdominal experiences.

Definitely not the belt  is not going to take care of the soft and jigly belly you need to exercise

No use wearing belt now. Try doing  excercise after 8 weeks of delivery .

It’s normal No need to wear belt now After 3 months of cesarean section, you can do belly reducing exercises
