Hi Abhishek, thank you for sharing this—it takes strength to acknowledge what you’re going through. Severe irritation and anger that’s lasted for 20 days or more can be more than just a passing phase—it might be connected to underlying anxiety, mood fluctuations, or even something like an adjustment or mood disorder, especially if it’s affecting your day-to-day peace. Medications like Etizola (Etizolam) and Klonz (Clonazepam) are short-acting tranquilizers and might help with anxiety temporarily, but they’re not long-term solutions for managing persistent anger or emotional dysregulation. If they haven’t helped you, it means your system needs a different type of support. What you may benefit from is a proper psychiatric evaluation to explore whether an SSRI (like escitalopram, sertraline, or fluoxetine) or a mood stabilizer (like lamotrigine or valproate, depending on your history) might work better. These medicines don’t just calm your symptoms temporarily—they help reset your emotional baseline. Alongside this, therapy (especially anger management CBT) can help you work through the triggers behind your irritation. Don’t self-adjust medications—please consult a psychiatrist with your history and get a customized plan. Your peace of mind is possible, with the right guidance and support. Take therapy, and you can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Limited information. It can be depression secondary to stress. The medicines you are taking aren't definitive for your condition. They manage symptomatically. Taking paracetamol in pneumonia can reduce fever but infection will not resolve. For that you have to take antibiotics. So you need to be on antidepressants for proper response.
Next Steps
Consult Psychiatrist & discuss your problems in detail.

There are many reasons for anger and irritation of psychological as well as medical origin. Rather than consuming benzodiazepinas I would suggest you to consult and get diagnosed first.

Hello. Mr. Abhishek, thanks for reaching out. I would like to bring to your attention that irritation and anger are symptoms. For giving out medications it is required that we take detailed history of the patient so that we can figure out the exact disorder or issue that is going on. For that you most definitely need to consult a psychiatrist. I would also like to advice you not to self medicate on your own. Do consult before taking any steps.
