I have got a bit of swelly and bumpy thing at my opening lip of vagina. Attaching the picture. It feels burning type if I touch looks like a pimple. Attaching the picture. Please advise. I am 6 month pregnant and will it harm anyway to baby.

It shouldn't harm the baby .... Picture is not very clear may be a simple folliculitis , but if increases pls consult gynaec and start taking antibiotics
