Last night I ate spicy chicken,today morning I have two times very thin closet and irritable bowel and stomach bloating and also after evening light headache.I take only pan 40 and unienzyme at morning..after taking unienzyme only one time loose motion but still now stomach very tight..what to do please suggest me .I also take ors

U might have developed enteritis with acid disease. Give some rest to Stomach. U will need some gut antibiotics and pan top make it twice a day. Give it some time as it usually takes 3-4 days to get to normal. If u r too uncomfortable would suggest to see a gastroenterologist
