Hello everyone, This the report for colonscopy attached. Kindly any 1 suggest me what is the cryptitis proctitis means is a somewhat related to cancer or something and if not please any one help me to understand what is it actually i am very much scared. I had a colonscopy my doctor is saying there is nothing like colon cancer but still i have a doubt of being colon cancer. Just because this report show cryptitis proctitis in rectrum. My weight is also gone down from 52 to now 45 in past 1.5year. Please help me to read this report completely. Please does this is a disease or something very serious. I poop more then what i eat in the morning no food is properly digested. Doctors says i have ibs but ibs don't loss weight and m lossing weight i m going badly in depression. Please help me to get out this please help me.

Cryptitis proctitis is not cancer. It is a feature of inflammation. May represent IBD rather then IBS. BUT Other inflammatory causes are also possible. Treatment would need delineation of diagnosis. More information is needed.
