My period date is 21 however it got delayed. Last to last month this had happend.. However after that it was regular for next month. Please advice.

If you are sexually  active you need a pregnancy test A delay of up to 7 days is considered normal Beyond that you need investigations to find out the reason and treatment accordingly Start Exercising and lose weight if you are on  the higher side of BMI
