Irregular periods

My current cycle started on may 22 and still hasn't stopped. For the first five days i had very little bleeding then from the 6th day onwards the bleeding increased now since day before yesterday it has increased even more and i am passing clots more frequently they r becoming bigger also accompanied with pelvic pain. i am taking tranexamic acid since day before yesterday one after breakfast and one after dinner but there isn't much difference

Bleeding more than 7 days is abnormal Rather than a random prescription of a medicine you need investigations to find out the reason and treatment can be offered accordingly

As bleeding  is more  and  with clots, you need  to be checked physically  and  Injection Tranexamic acid  needed after Evaluation
