I had usually a very normal cycle before 2 months of 29 days. But since last month my periods are coming between 30-36 days and this time after 36 days too.. so is it normal? What should I do to keep my cycle in track of 29 days again like before? And regularize it more?

Upto 40 days cycle is normal. You can start some yoga and exercise that will help regularise your periods
