Irregular periods

I had irregular periods for many years. In 2019, I was diagnosed with PCOD, and the gynecologist prescribed contraceptive pills, which I stopped taking. In 2022, I faced a similar issue, and the doctor prescribed Deviry and Ebastine for the first ten days, resulting in menstruation. Later, contraceptive pills were prescribed, which I stopped taking after my periods became regular. Now, I have missed my periods for 2 months. Should I resume the same medication prescribed before? Also, it's important to note that I don't have a thyroid problem.

Do an ultrasound to check pcos...Do thyroid function test for TSH Level...if you are sexually active then do urine pregnancy test..after that take treatment for inducing periods

If you are sexually active you need a pregnancy test If not you first need a medicine to help you get your periods because contraceptive pills can be taken only from day one of the periods The only way to get regular periods in a PCos  patient is  to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi
