Yess u can get regular cycles without using contraceptive pills too. But you lifestyle changes are very important.
-you should eat healthy food and diet control if ur weight is more than normal. (Giver 2-3 hours gap between ur meal and bed)
- exercise regularly, half n hour in the morning and half n hour in the evening minimum.
- if ur over weight reduce a minimum of 4-5 kgs Or even 2-3 kgs if ur just above normal weight u ll start having regular cycles.
- cycles become irregular because of hormone imbalance,caused by increase in weight,
thyroid problem or pcos.so if u follow all the things I said and life style modification with out any treatment periods become regular.
