Irregular periods
Hi ,am married and 29 years old.Have diagnosed with hormonal imbalance and typically my periods are very irregular.I am planning to conceive after 1.5 years so can u suggest me any ayurvedic tonic which can help me to regularise me period or I have Heard a lot about Himalaya evecare so can i take that to regulate my monthly cycle?

Hi, irregular periods are hormonal imbalances can be revered very well. Please mention which city are you from so that in monsoon season I’d recommend a panchakarma for you. Do you have hormonal imbalance alone or weight gain, cyst in ovaries, high blood sugar...need to know the history...till then keep taking Ashokaristha 4tsp with equal quantity of water

Irregular periods are mostly due to PCOD/PCOD induced hormonal imbalance. PCOD/PCOS has several aspects to deal with. PCOD interferes mainly in two mechanisms of the body
1. Insulin metabolism
2. Androgen production
Due to interference in insulin metabolism, insulin resistance occurs which in turn results in symptoms like WEIGHT GAIN or increased blood sugar levels.
