I have periods are mostly irregular with cycles varying from 28-50 days. I used to think it may be because of stress or something similar but it has become a regular occurrence. I also have excessive hair on my body (chin, chest and abdomen) and I'm not sure if it is because of a hormonal imbalance and whether the two things are connected. I've read that it could be the side effects of some medication. The only time I've been on strong medication was for tuberculosis about 7-8 yrs ago. The unusual hair growth started around the same time. What should I do?
