Dr. My wife is suffering from irregular periods with unlimited bleeding in painful condition. Please suggest me any idea for relief.

Start tab YAZ once tab daily, from day 1 to 28 days at fixed  time, don't stop in middle.  This for 6 months, and iron cap also for 6 months

Physical checkup , sonography, , blood tests are primary things D&c with hysteroscopy is must for endometrial sampling n treating pathology Depending on histopath , further treatment is advocated

As she’s in her perimenopausal age group, we will have to evaluate her thoroughly . Will require complete gynaec examination with PAP SMEAR and few blood tests too.
Health Tips
She may become anemic if she continue to bleed a lot. So get a consultation as soon as possible
