Is irregular heartbeat immediately after exercising normal? Once I finish my exercise, I can feel my heart beating irregularly when I feel my neck. It beats fast for a few seconds and then slows down and again starts beating fast and the cycle continues. 4-5 mins after resting, my heart rate gets back to normal and the heartbeat becomes regular. I don't have any other symptoms and my ecg was normal 2 months back
