I have regular menstrual cycle with 5 days of bleeding , usually heavy on day 1 then light. Have noticed on 2 occasions, once after intercourse, bled very heavily as if tap turned on, experienced dyspareaunia, lasted for few hrs then scanty bleed for 36hrs. Then second occasion, went to pass urine and bled heavily , again as if a tap turned on, lasted for few hrs then scanty bleed for about 36 hrs. Do experience bloating, no weight loss, no loss of appetite, some discomfort to abdomen, no fever
