I am looking for some recommendation for any good gummies or in chocolate form so that she can consume it. She is 9.2 kgs currently and her appetite is less

For this, it's better to take an online consultation because we need to identify the reason for the iron deficiency. As you mentioned, her appetite is also not very good, so please don't ignore this condition. Early evaluation will help us manage it properly.

Chocolate-flavored or chocolate-like iron supplements for kids: * Gritzo * Livogen * Choco-Medi For low appetite and possible iron deficiency: * Give iron-rich foods: egg yolk, chicken, fish, dates, raisins, jaggery, green leafy vegetables. * Give vitamin C foods (orange, amla, guava) with meals to improve iron absorption. * Avoid milk 1 hour before and after iron supplements.

At 2.3 years of age and a weight of 9.2 kg, your daughter appears to be underweight, so it's important to first identify the cause of her poor appetite and confirm whether she truly has iron deficiency before starting any supplement. If blood tests (such as hemoglobin and ferritin) have confirmed iron deficiency, supplementation is important. While iron gummies or chocolate-based supplements are more palatable, they usually contain much lower amounts of elemental iron and are often not sufficient to treat iron deficiency anemia. They may only be suitable for maintenance in selected cases and should be used only after discussing with your pediatrician.
