My dad has blood in urine since 3 years due to kidney stones now he has iron deficiency so my question  iron deficiency happens due to blood loss in urine? And what is the treatment to cure reports attached

Blood loss cause iron deficiency but blood loss in urine is quite minimal so deficiency is unlikely, maybe it's due to nutritional deficiency or worm infestation. And he's diabetic, he should control on his blood sugar, if he doesn't control these kidney stones could cause infection and severe kidney damage.
