Hi ,
From what u have explained I understand that there are intrusive thoughts which disturb your daily life . It could be probably ocd ( obsessive compulsive disorder ) , where there could be intrusive thoughts which u know they are unwanted , irrational but will not be able to stop it . They are repitive and occur many times a day disturbing your routine .
