Tobacco stains are not intrinsic. External stains can be removed through dental scaling ans polishing. Else bleaching and tooth whitening can improve your stains

Teeth scaling and teeth whitening are two different treatments .  They both will be needed in your case. But all patients are not suitable for the teeth whitening treatment. To know if it will work for you. Visit a dental clinic in your city for check up. Hope this helped.

Hello, if you have stopped the habit. You will need 2-3 sessions of scaling/cleaning by a professional dentist to get rid off the stains. Number of sittings vary depending upon the severity of deposits and stains.
Next Steps
Finally, please consult your dentist for an oral checkup to know in detail.
Health Tips
Do not expect your teeth to become pearly white after scaling, it takes personal maintenance and regular followups for Lonhg term benefits.
