Dear Doc, can you pls help me understand the interpretation of this report? What could the free fluids imply? What can cause it and what can be the possible next steps be?

Hi The patient is having mild ascites . It might be due to abnormal liver function. It is better to liver function test. Abnormal liver function may lead to collection of fluid in abdominal cavity
